Save the Villainess' First Post-Demo Stream Is Up! 3 More Over the Next 2 Days!
Hello fellow villainesses and villains!
This is Tanya and Emily - the two developers behind Save the Villainess. If you have enjoyed Save the Villainess’ demo, get ready for more post-demo content to celebrate theend of our Kickstarter campaign on 8/21 at 9 am EST!
First, we have already streamed our first post-demo teaser scene with Naja B. of BlerdyOtome.com, where Jane - our villainess main character - questions the mysterious Servant about the strange House she is trapped in.
Can Jane survive by learning the rules of the House and bantering more with the mysterious Servant? Come join us to wonder about Servant’s “true” identity, speculate about exactly where the House is located, and talk about the weird horror influences that shape Save the Villainess.
We have 3 more streams coming up this week on our Twitch account.
✦ Monday, 8/19, 7 PM EST: Join us along with Empress Rogue Red and the Vorpal Sword Entertainment Syndicate to investigate the villainess' bedroom and learn about her enemy.
✦ Monday, 8/19, 10 PM EST: Join us and EpyksLion for further clues about the villainess' potential murderers.
✦ Tuesday, 8/20, 10 PM EST: Join us and Aither to take tea and talk about murder with Edmund Alpin & Ben Buren
All streams will be posted up on this site for a limited time, until the end of 8/21 (the last day of our Kickstarter campaign).
Additionally, the Otome Cage podcast has posted an interview with us on Youtube and on Spotify. We had a lovely conversation about the characters, plot, meta-narratives, and influences of Save the Villainess. Emily also utters this immortal line:
“The romance in Save the Villainess is inspired by Breath of the Wild. See that love interest? You can climb them.”
Be sure to follow the Otome Cage podcast on X for more amazing otome game news, content, and analysis to come!
Please remember to support Save the Villainess on Kickstarter to help our game reach more goals, such as more romantic CGIs (including with Servant), more animated mysteries, and even more animated bad endings.
We look forward to sharing many more surprises about our villainess and quirky suspects in the next few days!
